This year's GrillHampton presented by Dan’s Taste and Dan’s Papers was an unforgettable event. I was proud to bring Ratcliff Premium Meats to the event for several of the chefs to use in their bites, and watched our beef shine in their hands. Our commitment to providing premium, pasture-raised beef was on full display, and the results were nothing short of spectacular.
The night was filled with the aroma of sizzling meats, lively music, and an enthusiastic crowd. Among the stars of the evening was Chef Shawn Osbey, a celebrated name in the culinary world who crafted exceptional dishes using our beef. Chef Osbey’s philosophy of celebrating the finest ingredients aligned perfectly with our mission at Ratcliff Premium Meats. His creations not only highlighted the quality of our beef but also brought a unique and memorable experience to everyone who tasted them.
Chef Osbey’s dishes were a true testament to his skill and creativity. He creatively used our beef in a teriyaki ribeye with mesquite smoked eggs and grilled kimchi bite that showcased both his skills and the versatility and rich flavor of our beef. It earned Chef praise from both attendees and fellow chefs. It was a proud moment for Ratcliff Premium Meats to see our products transformed into culinary masterpieces that delighted so many palates.
The event also featured the talents of The Clubhouse Hamptons, which emerged as the winner of this year's grill competition where Chef Matt used our ribeye, brisket and ground beef. The chefs at The Clubhouse Hamptons prepared a variety of dishes that highlighted the tenderness and flavor of our meats, impressing the judges and securing their place as top grill masters. Our partnership with The Clubhouse Hamptons has a foundation in a passion for excellence, and their win was a proud moment for us.
Additionally, the Pike and Insatiable Bites also utilized our meats in their delectable offerings. The creativity and skill of these chefs brought out the best in our products, resulting in dishes that were both innovative and delicious. It was so fun to see our meats being appreciated by such talented chefs and enjoyed by so many attendees.
GrillHampton 2024 was more than just a competition; it was a celebration of culinary artistry and community. The atmosphere was electric, with live music, a DJ set, and an afterparty that kept the energy high all night.
